We’re pleased to introduce another way to share proposals with homeowners.
You can now launch WhatsApp directly from Acaboom after sending a proposal, making it even easier to follow up using one of the communication channels many homeowners already use every day.
How It Works
Once you’ve sent a proposal by email, you’ll see the option to share it via WhatsApp.
Simply:
- Send the proposal as normal.
- Click the WhatsApp option.
- Acaboom opens WhatsApp with a pre-prepared message and the proposal link.
- Review the message if required and press Send.
That’s it.
Any replies go directly to your own WhatsApp account, allowing you to continue the conversation naturally.
Why We Added It
Many agents already use WhatsApp as part of their everyday communication with clients.
Rather than introducing another messaging platform, this feature works alongside the way you already communicate, making it quicker to share proposals and continue conversations.
It’s ideal for:
- Following up immediately after a market appraisal.
- Sending a quick reminder to view the proposal.
- Sharing proposals in the channel your client is most likely to respond to.

After your proposal has been sent, simply choose the WhatsApp option from the confirmation screen and we’ll do the rest.
